1. Q. Are you a company or do you work alone?
    A. I am self employed. Which means, you the customer will always know exactly who will be knocking at your door. On the phone you always talk to the person who will be doing the work.

2. Q  Do you carry the right tools?.
    A. Yes. I come fully equipped for a quality job.

3. Q. Are you reliable and arrive on time?
    A. I think time keeping is a big part of reliabitity in general and worth an extra effort. I also believe that when a job is complete, the area worked on should be left so you the customer can enjoy it from the moment i leave your home.

4.  Q. Are you insured?
     A. Yes. I have public liability insurance to cover all work carried out.
